How to bake fabulous orange cranberry bread:
Find a recipe.
Whisk together your dry ingredients. Add zest from one orange (don't forget to look for a grater, realize it's dull, and use a vegetable peeler to make ugly zest).
Add wet ingredients, like orange juice and dried cranberries (Craisins!).
Mix until just combined.
Let batter rest for a few minutes for max rise-age. Laugh at your now-naked orange.
Pop into a 375° oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven. Smell.
Eat.
Results The orange and cranberry go together soo nicely. It's fresh and citrusy and smells amazing!
