mini corn muffins

Since I have less homework than usual tonight I decided to bake.


Koffee hogs my bed.


It's a school night, okay? I'll make something from scratch over the weekend.


Bought this mini muffin pan today -- it's so cute.


Mixing the ingredients, spraying the pan with canola oil

They're so teeny and adorable!


Results: I didn't grease the pan enough, so the muffins stuck to the tin and I had to surgically extract them with a knife. So unfortunately the bottoms were not as pretty as the tops.

day 5: christmastime is here

I'm in such a Christmassy mood today! I have almost 100 Christmas songs in iTunes now.
I'm soooo ready for winter break ... and vay-kay in the Bay Area!

day 4: tea & popcorn

Jake is probably the hottest country boy ever. I can't belive Reese gets to choose from two hot guys in one movie (including Dr. McDreamy!).
... and my own hottie, Koffee. Those eyes are the cutest.

Kookie just loooooves (♥s) this chew toy she has. It's this long blue fuzzy dog-like thing wearing a top hat. So it's kind of Christmassy. Yum!

there goes june!

it's already june 28! only two months left of summer.
but they'll be fun i'm sure. =)

i'm taking swimming lessons! they start on monday.
