This is why today was a day of happiness and sunshine. The Mothers Club brought oodles of baked goods -- Christmassy donut holes, spanakopita, gingersnaps, oatmeal raisin cookies, bagels and cream cheese, gingerbread (so, so good), pastries, and coconut-chocolate bars. There was also apple cider, milk, orange juice and water in case anybody got thirsty. I might have missed some stuff, too -- there was so much food.

Hot pot! Beef, chicken, pork, tofu, vermicelli noodles, qing cai (greens), fish balls (um ... like meatballs). Cabbage and carrot stir fry.

Um ... I ran today. That burns a few, right?

Anyway, I have tiramisu chilling in the fridge. I can't wait!
