cashew curry

Breakfast 380

Fresh blueberries, toast with peanut butter and sliced banana (did I mention this was so, so good?)

Morning snacks 120

Homemade baked tortilla chips with salsa, broccoli

Lunch 330

Baby carrots, omelet with caramelized onions, mushrooms and swiss (the onions took. forever. to cook.)

Fresh pineapple

Afternoon snack 180

Carrot cake muffin with cream cheese frosting (this one definitely didn't have enough frosting)

Dinner 560+

Sunchips, freshly roasted peanuts (addicting), Sri Lankan feast with cashew curry, dal, ...

... chicken, eggplant, shrimp, papadam (so light and delish), rice

Dessert 450+

'Tiramisu' (but more like chocolate) birthday cake, brownies with chocolate frosting, tea with milk (a few sips)

Total 2020+
Um. I'm going to try not to think about it and go running tomorrow! Yay!
